If you’re an absolute beginner with an interest in learning the English language but are not sure where to begin, you’re in the right place. If you’re an intermediate learner and already have a foundation in the language but are ready to take your language learning more seriously, then you’re in the right place. If you’re struggling with listening, reading comprehension, or vocabulary then you’re in the right place.

My approach

.

In the first lesson we will talk about what’s holding you back from reaching your goals and learning the English Language. What is it that’s keeping you from advancing? Together we will come up with a plan to overcome it. When you book your first lesson with me I will send you a comprehensive placement test which will help me to see where exactly you are struggling along with your strengths. We will discuss the troublesome areas and develop a plan to lead you in improvement. My regular lessons will utilize various resources including a customized lesson plan, audio files, videos, news articles, games, and more. I will also assign homework that we will review at the beginning of each class.

What you can expect

When you book a lesson with me I will begin by sending you a placement test. From there I will review your results and discuss them with you during our lesson. We will discuss your strengths or trouble areas. Depending on your needs we will go through a lesson together, and come up with a lesson plan to help you improve and reach your goals.

I’m an American English speaker born and raised in the United States. I have a 4 year degree and I’m certified in TESOL/TEFL. Teaching ESL is my passion and I’ve been doing it for the last four years. I have a passion for teaching that will show in each and every lesson.
