About me

My name is Stephen, born and raised in Southern California, San Diego. I’m a first generation American, my parents immigrated to the USA in 1962 from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I completed an Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology and have been teaching English online for over 9 years. I created OnTopEnglish to help students learn English through a unique method. Now I concentrate my efforts to teach how to THINK in English. Being bilingual ( English/Spanish) gives me the capacity to understand both cultures perfectly. Living in Southern California for most of my life makes me very accessible to all walks of life. Reaching out with an email to me is fast and easy and will conquer the fear of speaking English.
