I tried to buy a subscription but my payment failed, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that your credit card was declined. Unfortunately banks don’t provide us with very much info, so we don’t have much information as to why your card was specifically declined. 

Let’s assume first that you entered your Credit Card number, Expiry Date and CVC correctly! As a first step, try the transaction again, making sure you enter these numbers correctly. 

Next, the best thing to do is call your bank (usually the number is on the back of the credit card) to ask why the sale was declined. We show up as ‘Off2Class – ESL’ or ‘Off2Class.com’ on your statement. Please also remind them to accept future payments from us.
